Even printers need a bit of a clean every once and a while. If you notice lines on your documents, missing colours, faded bits on the page or squares missing on the test page, your Inkjet is probably in need of some TLC. Follow these steps to give your printer a spruce up:

1. Push ‘Settings’ (For non-touchscreen models select menu and OK)
2. Then ‘General Setup’
3. Push  ‘Ink’.
4. Push ‘Cleaning’  
5. Choose ‘All’
6. The machine will commence cleaning process
7. When complete please print a test page.
8. To print a test page push ‘Settings’ (For non-touchscreen models select menu and OK)
9. Then ‘General Setup”
10. Push  ‘Ink’.
11. Push  ‘Test Print’
12. Choose ‘Print Quality’
13. Push ‘OK’
14. The printer is now ready to print.
